The 5th Training Class of Heilongjiang Incubator Employees from Technology Enterprises Held in HUST Science Park

The 5thTraining Class of Heilongjiang Incubator Employees from Technology Enterprises was held in HUST Science Park on July 4. Sponsored by Heilongjiang Provincial Science & Technology Bureau, this training class was co-organized and co-promoted by Heilongjiang Provincial Service Innovation Alliance on Technology and Science Business Incubator and HUST Science Park. The purposes of the class were to train the employees and the administrative staff on their improvement in service qualities, pressure-resistance capacities, management skills and other qualities and capacities. Wang Xilin (Director of Administrative Office of Science Park of Heilongjiang Provincial Science & Technology Bureau), Zheng Wei (Secretary General of Heilongjiang Provincial Service Innovation Alliance on Technology and Science Business Incubator), heads and elitists from 54 business incubators attended the opening ceremony. The total number of the attendees was more than 103. The opening ceremony was presided by Yu Yandong, Manager of HUST Science Park.

Wang Xilin gave a welcoming speech, in which he expressed his warmest welcome to the heads, elitists, employees and other attendees. On behalf of Heilongjiang Provincial Science & Technology Bureau, he also showed his great thanks to the outstanding contributions done by HUST Science Park and Heilongjiang Provincial Service Innovation Alliance on Technology and Science Business Incubator. He also proposed 3 expectations: hopes for being initiators of making innovations; hopes for being learners to improve themselves; hopes for being beneficiaries to apply it.

In the 4-day training (July 4 - 7), experts and scholars were invited who were Yan Zhenjun, Executive Director of Capital Institute of Science and Technology Development Strategy and Chief Strategy Officer in Mind in Hongtai, Ma Xiaoping, CEO of Beijing Valley Fund Management Co. Ltd. and Dingshi Tianyuan Investment Co. Ltd, Shang Dan, Director of Tencent WeWork (Harbin branch), Jin Zisen, Partner of 3W Coffee in InnoWay and China’s Silicon Valley, Wang Tianzhuo, Director of Harbin Starup Technology Business Incubator Co. Ltd., Xia Yanhong, General Manager of Beijing Startup Mansion Co. Ltd. and assistant governor of Heilongjiang Startup Mansion Co. Ltd. The experts illustrated and explained very clearly by means of such examples as the history and future of China’s business incubation, the present situation and trend of China WeWork, the current situation and model exploration of Incubator and so on. Meanwhile, business salons were made every day after the training. The attendees carried out discussions about new trends of incubators development on the basis of their own working experiences and gained a lot of benefits.

After training, the attendees paid a visit to HUST Science Park, Heilongjiang WeWork Company and Tencent WeWork (Harbin branch), which left them with a deep impression on the construction development and operations management of WeWork.

In recent years, Heilongjiang province has attached great importance to the innovation and entrepreneurship affairs. HUST Science Park, one of the professional training institutions of incubator employees, has successfully hosted 5 training classes, and trained a total number of 431 employees from Heilongjiang Provincial Science & Technology Bureau, leaders and the elitists of business incubators. All of these have achieved good effects, which have caused the rapid increase of the professional levels of incubator staffs, and promoted the coordinated development of our province incubators.
