In accordance withOn the Notice of Issuing 2011 Heilongjiang Higher Education Teaching Reform Program of Heilongjiang Department of Education, in 2011 there were 135 projects approved as the “Heilongjiang Higher Education Reform Pilot Programs”, of which 9 were from HUST, ranking number one among the colleges and universities all over the province.
“Heilongjiang Higher Education Reform Pilot Program” was set to implement the National Medium & Long Term Educational Reform and Development Plan Outline (2010-2020), to thoroughly boost the comprehensive strength of higher education in the current situation, to strengthen the ability of serving the economic social development of higher education, combining the actual reality complying with the requirement ofOn the Notice of Developing the Experiment Unit of the National Educational System Reform of Office of the State Council(Issued by the Office of the State Council to develop the province by higher education. The scheme of Heilongjiang higher education comprehensive reform experiment unit stipulated that projects of 11 categories and 37 subcategories were set as the main part to promote the specific work.
