On the afternoon of April 11, the seminar on Heilongjiang university science parks and business incubators was held in the conference room of the State University Technopark of HUST. The seminar was organized by the Technopark Section of Heilongjiang Science and Technology Bureau, and attended by the Section Chief of Technopark Section of Heilongjiang Science and Technology Bureau Li Li and heads of Heilongjiang Science and Technology Center and Fund Center as well as 20 other units like Heilongjiang university science parks and business incubators, Harbin Technology Risk Investment Center, Heilongjiang Chenergy HIT High-Tech Venture Capital Co., LTD, Heilongjiang Keli High-Tech Industrial Capital Co., LTD, Harbin Venture Capital Management Co., LTD, School of Management of HUST, School of Management of HIT, Heilongjiang Television Station, Science and Technology Daily and Life Daily.

The seminar was chaired by Section Chief Li Li and the main content included 6 issues like 2012 China Science and Technology Business Plan Competition, Heilongjiang Entrepreneurship Competition for College Students, Heilongjiang Science Business Incubator Service Union, special fund management procedures for Heilongjiang college students’ science and technology business, professional integration of Heilongjiang science business incubators and service network building for Heilongjiang technoparks and small and medium-sized enterprise of science and technology. Through the heated discussion by all the units attending the seminar, feasible performance schemes were proposed.

At the end of the seminar, Section Chief Li Li made the concluding speech, underlining that the future work should be done with the combination between national policies and provincial policies, business culture of college students and small and medium-sized enterprises, various innovation platforms and theme functions, main media and sub-media, training and competition, culture, business techniques and projects as well as technology development and sales. All the units would further improve the work, making more contributions to the development of science and technology for Heilongjiang province.
