At 10:30 a.m. May 17th, the signing and opening ceremony of China Unicom College Students Entrepreneurial Base of HUST Science Park was held in Building 1 of HUST. HUST Vice President Wei Xinlao, General Manager of Science Park Yu Pengtian, Vice General Manager of Science Park Chen Yang, Vice General Manager of Science Park Zhang Yi, Vice Manager of Heilongjiang Branch of China Unicom Qin Wei, General Manager of Marketing Center of the Key Account Bie Huaijiang and other related department heads of China Unicom attended the meeting, which was presided by Vice General Manager of Science Park Yu Yandong.
The leaders, Chief of Technopark Section of Heilongjiang Science and Technology Bureau Li Li, Vice Chief of Science and Technology Section of Heilongjiang Education Bureau Zhang Hongjun, Deputy Head of Nangang District of Harbin Xing Chunlin, Vice Chief of Teaching Entrepreneurship Section of Heilongjiang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Wu Shiping and Head of Nangang Science and Technology Bureau of Harbin Li Jinyan, as well as the leaders of related departments of HUST, journalists and equipment manufacturers, terminal providers, system integrators and other cooperative manufacturers having long-term cooperation with Heilongjiang Branch of China Unicom all attended the meeting.
Firstly, General Manager Yu Pengtian delivered the welcoming speech at the meeting, enlightening on promoting entrepreneurialism and entrepreneurial abilities among the college students and speculating on the development goals and prospect.
Then, Vice Manager of Heilongjiang Branch of China Unicom Qin Wei addressed the meeting, confirming the college students’ innovative work of HUST and giving full support to the college student entrepreneurial base.
Finally, Vice President of HUST Wei Xinlao gave a speech, expressing encouragement and support to the students of HUST and placing high hopes on the university-enterprise connection mode.
At the meeting, General Manager of Science Park Yu Pengtian and General Manager of Marketing Center of the Key Account Bie Huaijiang signed the strategic cooperation agreement and Vice President of HUST Wei Xinlao and Vice Manager of Heilongjiang Branch of China Unicom Qin Wei jointly unveiled the plaque for the college student entrepreneurial base.
Through this signing and opening ceremony, the two parties have set up a professional service platform for the college student enterprise program, offering complete entrepreneurial service system and profound entrepreneurial education resources, and providing the college students of Harbin and other cities of Heilongjiang province with unique good quality entrepreneurial service as well.
