The conference of the investment-inviting and transfer and docking of Scientific and technological reward & achievement was held in the international conference display centre of Harbin in the 10th this month. On behalf of HUST, Wei Xinlao, the vice president of our school, and Zhang Xiaohong, the dean of the department of science and technology, attended the conference. Wang Xiankui, secretary of a provincial party committee, Lu Hao, deputy secretary of a provincial party committee and acting governor, Du Yuxin, chairman of the CPPCC of Heilongjiang province, Liu Guozhong, Xu Zezhou, Zhang Xiaolian, Yang Dongqi, Gai Ruyin, Sun Yao etc. also attended this meeting, and presented award to those representatives who won the S & T reward.
Our school achieved better results in the work of declaring the provincial scientific and technological award in 2012, and seven achievements of our school won the science and technology award of Heilongjiang province, 4 second prizes and 3 third prizes included. Heilongjiangscience and technology awards established to further stimulate the innovation and entrepreneurial initiatives of workers of science and technology, constantly improve the capacity of independent innovation, and accelerate the construction of strong province of science and technology. After various professional board review, recommend and dissent-dealing of the projects, and the review and approval of the provincial science and technology awards committee, of all the declared provincial science and technology, the people's government awarded 279 prizes to the projects of Heilongjiang province, including 1 grand prize, 29 first prizes, 121 second prizes, and 128 third prizes.
At the same time, in the conference of the investment-inviting and transfer of Scientific and technological reward & achievement, a total of nine in our school took part in the transfer and docking of scientific and technological achievements.
Ours being one of eight successful docking projects of scientific and technological achievements, Zhao Hong, vice President of our school, on behalf of the project team, signed the contract with the enterprise on-site in the meeting.
