Before the Spring Festival, on behalf of HUST CPC Committee and led by Zhang Yongjun, director of Organization Department of CPC Committee, routine visits range of Chinese New Year were launched to Yang Feng, HUST’s former president, Wang Xudong, the national excellent outstanding CPC member of 2012, and some other HUST’s veteran cardres and excellent, needy or retired Party members.

Director Zhang conveyed the heart-felt greetings to all veteran cardres and retired Party members they visited, introduced the remarkable achievement HUST had made to them, and believed that their contribution for HUST as well as China would always be remembered by every one. All these veterans were moved greatly and expressed their best wishes to HUST’s future.

According to the overall arrangement of Organization Department of CPC Committee, during the visits,￥27,500 RMByuanwere allotted to 81 party members whose families were under economic difficulty or suffering from serious diseases.

During the Spring Festival period, or winter vacation, all HUST’s grassroot Party committees and braches launched their routine visits to sick or needy Party members in their own units, too.
