On Dec. 24, 2014, the delegation led by Ye Jinrong, the deputy director general of Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in Wujin District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, visited Harbin University of Science and Technology, investigating and discussing the cooperation matter.
The forum was held at 10 o’clock in E0424 conference room in the New Main Building. Those who attended the forum were Zhang Fengbin, head of Personnel Division, Liu Xianli, dean of School of Mechanical and Power Engineering, Fan Jianying, dean of School of Measurement-control Technology and Communications Engineering, Chen Qingguo, dean of School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Shi Dequan, deputy dean of School of Material Science, Wei Qi, deputy director of Personnel Division. In addition, the supervisors from Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in Wujin District, Jin Chuang Group Co. Ltd, the Warwick Group Co. Ltd, AAC Acoustic Technologies (Changzhou) Co. Ltd, Jiangsu Longcheng Precision Forging Co. Ltd, etc. attended the forum.
First of all, Zhang Fengbin, head of Personnel Division from HUST introduced the basic situation of our university to the delegation, including the details about scientific mobile station and postdoctoral cultivation. He emphasized that our university encouraged the young teaching staff to have training in the enterprise, which can not only apply what they achieve in the practice into the teaching, but also can enrich the class and improve the teaching quality.
In addition, Director General Ye expressed the gratitude to the Harbin University of Science and Technology for the warm welcome. He said, the local enterprise must speed up the scientific innovation in their field for taking the preemptive opportunities in the fierce competition. At the same time, the local government and enterprise provide the policy support, advanced scientific environment and sufficient materials for the research staff.
Finally, the representatives from the enterprises and the supervisors of the postdoctoral mobile station had the discussion and communication.
Both the parties hope that they can establish the long-term cooperation through this platform to achieve the win-win of our university and the enterprise.
