Our Party Secretary Zhao Guogang and President Li Dayong visited retired senior leaders and experts in Harbin: Deng Zhongxing, Wang Shaojie, Zhao Qi, Tang Yunqiu, Zhang Liyong, etc. on Feb. 12, 2015. At the same time, they sent greetings to those who are in other places and abroad by telephone and email.
