Beijing University of Aeronautics andAstronautics and Harbin Institute of Technology were conferred technological invention awards. Higher Institutions awarded accounted for high proportion, which embodies the significance of higher institutions in fundamental study and fundamental innovative study. The Party Central Committee and the State Council has held national scientific and technological award conference for fourteen consecutive years, which represents the fact that the Party Central Committee and the State Council attaches great importance to the scientific and technological development. University teachers shoulders the task of teaching and the task of scientific research as well.
