Liu Jingdong, majoring in Electron Instrument Grade 91, chairman of Xiamen Alumni Association, went back to our university on August 7. President Li Dayong, president of Alumni Association, accompanied by Yang Chun who is the vice-president of Alumni Association, appointed Liu Jingdong to students’ growth tutor for Harbin University of Science and Technology. Kong Jian, deputy secretary-general of Beijing Alumni Association and Liao Pingyi from Guang Zhou Alumni Association attended the interview.

During the talk, President Li expressed the welcome to those alumni who went back to university, and the gratitude to their contribution to the university for these years. In the meanwhile, President Li wished they had an enjoyable journey in the university and a happy life in their future. During the talk, President Li awarded Liu Jingdong HUST Students’ Growth Tutor, invited him to come back to the university to instruct students. Liu Jingdong reported the activities and arrangement of Xiamen Alumni Association, emphasized the 100 Anniversary birth of Academician Wang Daheng and its operation and promotion. During their return to the university, they and their classmates donated to the Wang Daheng Education Development Fund.

Liu Jingdong graduated from electron instrument major in 1995, who is the board chairman of Xiamen Victor Power Clothing Co., Ltd. His corporation is the major supplier for the German clothing retail enterprises TAKKO. The products sell to the European Union, North America, South America, Southeast Asia, Hongkong China, Macau China, Taiwan China and some other areas.
