Teachers from Harbin University of Science and Technology won the first prize, second prize and the third prize in the First National Military Teaching Demonstration, sponsored by the Ministry of Education and National Defense Education Commission in Higher Education Institute of China. Liu Chang won the first prize in the military theory teaching demonstration, and Jiang Jun’s and Ren Jiawei’s papers won the second and third prize respectively.

The selection for this time lasts for a year. Nearly 1,000 teachers, administrative staff from national colleges and universities, educational and scientific research units, participate in this demonstration competition. This competition adopts anonymous review system by the Ministry of Education, and displays publicly on the Public Service Platform of National Education Resources.

In the recent years, the military theory teachers in our university improve teaching method and means. In the teaching, teachers combine the modern teaching technology with the traditional teaching method and introduce the situational teaching method. Therefore, the teaching quality improves continuously.
