On Sep. 25, Professor Guo Erjun, the vice president of Harbin University of Science and Technology, went to Daqing with 25 teachers from Electric School, Mechanics School, Measurement and Communication School and Software School, etc. They had the scientific and technological transferring with more than 10 enterprises, answering the technological problems for the enterprises and discussed cooperation. The deputy mayor Guan Zhongliang, the deputy director general Gao Shuchun from Daqing Science and Technology Bureau attended the meeting.

Vice president Guo Erjun pointed out that HUST had extensive cooperation with the Daqing enterprises and made great contributions to the Daqing economical development. He hoped that the meeting could build up a platform for the cooperation of university and enterprises and deepen the mutual understanding and trust.

The deputy mayor Guan Zhongliang, on behalf of the Daqing municipal party committee and municipal government, expressed the gratitude to the teachers from our university. He sincerely invited the experts from HUST to further cooperate with the enterprises in Daqing City and make greater achievements.

The teachers from HUST had the one-to-one discussion with the enterprises. They introduced the scientific achievements to them and discussed the technological difficulties. Some of the teachers visited the business by themselves and had the plan to cooperate with the enterprises.
