Editor’s note: As for the members of HUST Graduates Supporting Education Team of China Youth Volunteer Relay Plan for Poverty Relief, doing one regretless thing in one year, is to express the love for the homeland and to choose as a young to sacrifice and strive. HUST Graduates Supporting Education Team have served in Tailai County for two consecutive years. The second year Graduates Supporting Education Team have accomplished the service and here are the collection of thinking by the members of the team; hopefully, their deeds will warm us.

Writing on supporting education: the significance of supporting education lies in helping in study, building dreams and casting people.

At the moment, as a volunteer having fulfilled the service, I am typing the feelings and inspirations for the past year on the train back. In the summer of 2015, I was honored to be one of the members of HUST Graduates Supporting Education Team to serve in Tailai Town, Tailai County, Harbin, Heilongjiang province, one town of the national-level poverty-stricken county, to start my experience of supporting education with my glorious mission as a volunteer of “Western” Plan, my dream of supporting education, my respect to voluntary service and my concerns about life in the countryside.

The Graduates Supporting Education Team provided the local area with the service given by the qualified youth having the voluntary service spirits with access to a stream of fresh blood, a novel thinking and a striving spirit to solve the shortage of education resources. We overcame the difficulties, gave our love, made contributions; meanwhile, we helped in study, built dreams and cast people as well.
