Wang highlighted the need for an in-depth implementation of the theme education on studying and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. This includes a thorough study and implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discussions on technological self-reliance during the fifth collective study of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee. The focus is on constructing a high-quality education system that seamlessly integrates education, technology, and talent, all comprehensively advancing together. The new achievements in driving the industrialization of scientific and technological accomplishments will be used as a yardstick to evaluate the results of the theme education, fully unlocking the potential of universities and research institutions in nurturing innovative platforms and technological advancements. Simultaneously, there is a commitment to effectively implement the mechanism where government officials are paired with universities. Relevant departments, including education, technology, and industry, are urged to intensify their support efforts, actively assisting universities in overcoming practical difficulties and challenges. In a meticulous analysis of each stage in the process of transforming technological achievements, the channels for the transformation of scientific and technological accomplishments within universities will be further streamlined. Through a pragmatic approach, a new path for the industrialization of technological achievements in universities in Heilongjiang will be explored.
