Shen Ying stressed that Heilongjiang is currently speeding up the construction of a new modern industrial system, expanding the new momentum of innovation and development in an all-round way, striving to create a new high ground for opening-up to the north fronts, and vigorously creating a new environment for gathering talents and attracting foreign investment, which made a fertile ground for college students 'entrepreneurial development.
