In order to fulfill the relevant requirements of “the reform program of the Central Committee of Communist Youth League”, and promote an in-depth implementation of “Vitality Improvement” project in college basic League branches, the Central Committee of the League branch has recently carried out the selection activities.

After the stages of school selection, provincial selection, national voting, and expert review, the Central Committee recently announced a list of “National University School Vigorous League Branch”. Two league branches of our school, namely, Class 4, Grade 2014 of Material Type major of Material School, Class 3, Grade 2015 of Measurement and Control major of Measurement and Telecommunications School, stood out among the 1,168 National League branches, and were honored the title of “National College Vigorous League Branch”, which was another important honor our school League branches have achieved. Last year two League branches of our school won the title of “Model League Branch in National Practice of Socialist Core Values”.

Over the years, in order to strengthen the construction, stimulate the vitality of basic league branches and effectively broaden the coverage of the work of the League, our school has been implementing the construction project of organization, with the “Creation of Special Branch “ project and the “Special Groups” project as the carrier. Our League Committee has organized a series of activities like “My contribution to the atmosphere of academic learning”, “The most beautiful secretary of League branch”, “Vigorous League branch” and other effective activities, all of which have promoted the implement of basic League branches activities, facilitating the normalization of “Vitality Improvement” project, the unity of youth, youth services, and youth cohesion, leading the youth for steady and effective work.

The winners of the two League branches are good representatives of many of our remarkable League branches. In the League branch of class 4, grade 2014 of Material type major, there are 4 existing probationary party members, 8 activists, accounting for 47.5% of the class, and 61.8% of the branch members have passed CET-4, 9.4% CET-6, 12.7% National Computer Test Level-2.

The branch has won the title of “School Advanced Class”(2014-2015), “School Advanced League Branch”(2015-2016), “May Fourth Red Flag League Branch”(2015-2016), and it has topped the grade rank, and was ranked first in terms of the number of students having won scholarships, “Diligence Scholarship”, “Top Grade Scholarship”, and therefore was acknowledged by teachers and students to be a curve wrecker class.

In the first semester of college years, one student won the first-class scholarship, four students the second-class scholarship, four students the third-class scholarship and the single item scholarship. In the second semester, three students won the national motivational scholarship, one student the top grade scholarship, two students the first-class scholarship, three students the second-class scholarship, three students the third-class scholarship and the single item scholarship. In the third semester, six students won the second-class scholarship, five students the third-class scholarship and the single item scholarship. In the forth semester, four students won the national motivational scholarship, two students the first-class scholarship, four students the second-class scholarship, three students the third-class scholarship and the single item scholarship.There are many students working as the main student leaders like deputy secretary of the League.

In the League branch of class 3, grade 2015 of Measurement and Control major, there are 32 members, among which there are one probationary Party member, 4 potential members of Party. In October, 2016, the class won the title of “Outstanding Class”. Two students won the national motivational scholarship, 12 students got scholarships, and 3 students received the title of “Excellent Student”, one student “Outstanding Class Leader”, one student “Outstanding League Member”.
