To propagandize the conference spirits of the just-completed 6th Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee as well as the 18th Plenary Session of the 10th CPC Heilongjiang Provincial Committee, an itinerate report team was formed to tour around our province and gave interpretations on the conference spirits recently.

As a propagandist of this team, Professor Lu Yan, Vice Secretary of HUST’s CPC Committee, toured around Yichun and Jixi under the arrangement of CPC Heilongjiang Provincial Committee, and gave two wonderful lectures there on Nov.16 and 17 respectively.

In her lectures, Professor Lu interpreted the conference spirits of the 6th Plenary Session from eight aspects, stressed the feature and significance of the document examined and approved by the conference, i.e. Decisions of CPC central committee on major issues of deepening the reform of cultural system to promote socialist cultural greater development and prosperity, and urged all cadres and party members in present to study it thoroughly and carry it out more effectively. She also proposed some advice to the cultural construction of Yinchun and Jixi in line with the local backgrounds.

All the audiences were instructed and inspired greatly by Professor Lu’s profound theoretical knowledge and skillful interpretation. They expressed unanimously that her report had a great guideline sense on the cultural construction of their hometown.
