Through the appraisal, recommendation, and objection handling of appraisal experts of each subject, the appraisal of Provincial Science and Technology Award Committee, with the approval of Heilongjiang Provincial Government by application, in accordance with “Heilongjiang Science and Technology Incentives”, 273 recommended projects (including 67 projects of Natural Science Branch, 9 projects of Technological Invention Branch, 197 projects of Science Progress Branch) have been granted Award for Science and Technology of Heilongjiang Province of the year, among all the application projects in 2011.
