In order to welcome the Chinese New Year and create a joyful and pleasant festival atmosphere, the Logistics Group assigned and accomplished the campus decoration. The campus and residential zone were decorated by red lanterns, colorful illuminations and auspicious spring festival couplets, and all of these expressed the best regards from the Logistics Group to the students and teaching staff of the university.

The winter was especially cold this year, but the chill never weakened the enthusiasm of the Logistics Group to serve the students and teaching staff of the university. As the Chinese New Year was approaching, the leaders of the Logistics Group started to assign the decoration task to the individual and gave the specific instruction. It was pretty hard to hang the red lanterns on the high wall of the front hall of the New Teaching Building, so the General Manager of the Logistics Group Zhao Lingguo and Vice General Manager Wang Zhibing directed the work in person and employed the upper arm car to hang the lanterns. Cold as it was, through 4 hours’ arduous work, 4 big red lanterns were hung and fastened properly.

This year, the Logistics Group purchased 800 red lanterns, 52 sets of digital decorations, 30 artificial flowers and trees and 300 sets of illuminations. Under the harsh weather of -20℃, the working staff of Management Center of Logistics Group worked for over 10 consecutive days to decorate the New Teaching Building, square, two sides of the lanes on campus and all the corners in the residential zone. At night, the campus was lightened by the decorations and it seemed that the spring was coming.

In the winter holiday and during the Chinese New Year, nearly 400 staff of the Logistics Group gave up the vacation and were still on duty to give service for the university. They made sacrifice to wish new development of the university and the prosperity of the country in the coming year.
