Recently, ISTIC (Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China) issued the list of “100 Most Influential Chinese Academic Papers in 2012”. A paper of Hu Jun, a young teacher in HUST, was incorporated into the list.
In 2002, Hu Jun was enrolled in HUST and he continued his graduate study in 2006 in HUST. In 2009, he began to pursue his doctoral study in HIT. This March, he chose to work in HUST. During his doctoral study, he has published 15 papers in international journals, with a total SCI impact factor of 24.919. In 2011, he was awarded the most outstanding academic rookie by the Education Ministry. He was invited to be the guest editor ofMathematical Problems in EngineeringandAbstract and Applied Analysis, and the reviewer ofIEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, IEEE Transactions on Control Systems Technology, and Automatica. He was named as the Outstanding Reviewer ofIEEE Transactions on Automatic Controland the Outstanding Reviewer ofAsian Journal of Control.
The paper of Hu Jun has focused on the design of robust sliding mode control occurring uncertainties and randomly occurring nonlinearities. The research was attached great importance by national and international experts in this field. It has been cited 50 times by Google Scholar and 30 times by SCI.
One Hundred the Most Influential Chinese Academic Papers in 2012 were selected from164,700 Chinese SCI papers based on their times cited, innovation and the level of the issuing journal.
