On the morning of May 15, seven universities of Former Ministry of Machinery attended 2015 Spring Employment Alliance Collaboration Conference in the second conference room in Rongcheng College. Those attending the conference are Yang Jun, deputy secretary of Party from Beijing Information Science and Technology University, Li Sanxi, vice principal from Shenyang University of Technology, Meng Shangjiu, deputy secretary of the Party from Harbin University of Science and Technology, Zhou Changqun who, director of Admission and Employment Office, Duanmu Yongdong, secretary of the Party in Rongcheng College, Gao Shan, deputy director of Admission and Employment Office, Du Ye, deputy secretary of the party and deputy dean in Rongcheng College, people in charge of employment from He Nan University of Science and Technology, Xi’an University of Technology, Taiyuan University of Science and Technology, Yanshan University, Beijing Information Science and Technology University, Shenyang University of Technology and representatives from Weifang LePin Technology Co. Ltd. The conference was hosted by Jin Xiurong the director of Admission and Employment Office from Taiyuan University of Science and Technology.
At the conference, deputy secretary of the Party Meng Shangjiu expressed the welcome to those representatives from seven universities. He pointed out that the employment work had been improving in recent years, which is closely related with the seven university alliance platform. They should exploit the advantages of alliance and achieve the win-win resource sharing. The secretary of the Party Duan Mu Yongdong from Rongcheng College said, it was a pleasure to sponsor this conference and the college may try its best to do the service work. He introduced the basic information about the city of Rongcheng, and hoped everyone could enjoy their work in Rongcheng.
At the conference, the university representatives exchanged their ideas concerning the present employment situation, existing problems and students cultivation. They reached a consensus about the seven university alliance cultivation, resource sharing and enterprise visits mechanism. In the meanwhile, they discussed deeply about the cultivation of college students’ entrepreneurship awareness and inter-disciplinary talents. Han Yongqiang, the deputy director of Admission and Employment Office from Shenyang University of Technology, was elected as the deputy secretary-general of the alliance.
Finally, Yang Jun, the deputy secretary of the Party from Beijing Information Science and Technology University had a concluding speech. He expressed the gratitude to Harbin University of Science and Technology and Rongcheng College for their adequate preparation. He hoped that the alliance members can expand the communication based on the employment platform through the media of internet, and advance the employment work.
