At 10 o’clock on April 20th, the signing ceremony of Industrial Base Construction Project on Ultra, Ultra High Voltage Cable Manufacturing was held in the second conference room in the main teaching building. Wang Aiwen, the secretary of Jiamusi Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, Lin Kuanhai who isJiamusimayor and deputy secretary of Municipal Party Committee attended the ceremony and gave the speech. Those who attended the ceremony were: Sun Xiping who is the Jiamusi Municipal Committee and Party Secretary General, Hao Kuilin who is the director of Jia Musi Industry and Information Committee, Fu Debin who is the associate director, the general manager Bao Wenbo of Hei Longjiang Orient Science and Technology Co., Ltd, Jia Zhenshan the general manager of Hei Longjiang World Cable Co., Ltd, and Liu Hongge the chief of investment planning department of Jia Musi Industry and Information Committee. Zhao Guogang, the secretary of the party committee in Harbin University of Science and Technoloy attended the ceremony and made the speech. Those who attended the ceremony were: vice-president of HUST Zhao Hong and Guo Erjun, Yu Xiaoyang the director of the department of Science and Technology, Chen Qingguo the dean and Han Baozhong the associate dean of Electrical and Electronic Engineering School, Zhang Hui the deputy director of the department of Science and Technology, Wang Xuan, the associate director of Dielectric Engineering State Key Laboratory Cultivation Base, and Chen Chunming, the vice-president of Harbin Hapro Electric Technology Co., Ltd. The ceremony was hosted by Guo Erjun, vice-president of Harbin University of Science and Technology.
Secretary of the Party Committee Zhao Guogang gave the welcome speech. He, on behalf of Harbin University of Science and Technology, expressed the welcome to the Jia Musi Municipal Party Committee, Municipal government and the business representatives. He pointed out that Jia Musi was not only a beautiful place with talented people, but also had a relatively complete industrial system. The visit of Jia Musi Municipal Party Committer and Government created a new environment for the university-city and university-enterprise cooperation. Secretary Zhao emphasized that HUST has the advantages in Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Manufacturing. Currently, there is the only Dielectric Engineering State Key Laboratory Cultivation Base in our university, besides that, there is the State-and-Local Joint Engineering Laboratory on High Efficiency Cutting and Cutting Tool. For many years, our university has cultivated hundreds of thousands of excellent graduates in the electrical and mechanical industry. We hope the university-enterprise cooperation can transform the scientific and research achievements and make contributions to the Jia Musi local economic development.
Wang Aiwen, the secretary of Jiamusi Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, expressed the thanks for warm reception of Harbin University of Science and Technology. He said, after the introduction of Secretary Zhao, there was the similarities and cooperative base between Harbin University of Science and Technology and Jia Musi. Secretary Wang pointed out the three purposes of visiting in HUST and invited the university leaders and experts to inspect inJiamusi.
Lin Kuanhai,Jiamusimayor and deputy secretary of Municipal Party Committee, said that the industrial development ofJiamusinot only need the excellent entrepreneurs but also the cooperation with the university with high research ability. He expressed that the Municipal government are willing to provide help in all aspects to promote the cooperation between university and enterprise.
Vice president in HUST Zhao Hong introduced in details the development status and development prospects and the research work in Dielectric Engineering State Key Laboratory Cultivation Base. He hoped the cooperation can make contributions to the provincial economy and the cable development in our country. At the same time, the two parties exchanged their views concerning cooperation.
Chen Chunming, the vice-president of Harbin Hapro Electric Technology Co., Ltd., the general manager Bao Wenbo of Hei Longjiang Orient Science and Technology Co., Ltd, Jia Zhenshan the general manager of Hei Longjiang World Cable Co., Ltd, signed the cooperation framework agreement.
