Recently, the Nangang District Government in Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province have held a signing ceremony of science and technology projects, where 22 advanced, high-tech and high value-added projects signed. The project—Biomass Strass Board Production Line—landed successfully in New Material Industrial Park in Nangang District. Therefore,China Education Dailyinterviewed Zhang Zhiyun who is the project leader and reported the project development.
