From Jan. 18 to 21, to implement the spirit of the Third Congress of Party Representatives, Party Secretary Zhao Guogang led Vice Director of the School Office Yuan Haibin and the relevant comrades to Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Central China Normal University, Hefei College to conduct research.

On Jan. 18, Zhao Guogang first visited Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He met and exchanged ideas with the General Secretary of the Material School of Huazhong University of Science and Technology Prof. Shi Yusheng and the Vice General Secretary Yuan Xinhua. They mainly talked about the method of technological innovation, fruit conversion and team construction.

On Jan. 19, Zhao Guogang visited Central Normal University and received warm reception from the Party Secretary Ma Min. During the conference, Ma Min introduced the policy and experience of University and School two-level management reform based on human resources and allocation reform. Zhao Guogang praised highly the reform.

On Jan. 20, the team went to Hefei College and made in-depth communication with the General Secretary Cai Jinmin and other relevant leaders. Cai Jingmin introduced the experience and method in comprehensive reform and internationalized education of Hefei College in detail.

The research brought HUST with the latest development of other universities, which broadens our mind and laid a solid foundation for making further developing plan and promoting innovation.
