Professor Chu Jingli from Chinese Academy of Science Delivers Speeches in HUST

On January 7th, the Dean of Information, Editing and Publishing Center Professor Chujingli from Chinese Academy of Science delivered two speeches in our library on the topics ofLibrary Development Tactics and TendencyandApplying for Scientific Research ProjectandPaper Writing Contribution.The staff of our library and more than 60 librarians from other 10 universities in Heilongjiang Province attended this conference. The conference was hosted by professor Qu Guimin, Dean of HUST library.

At the meeting, Professor Chu Jingli analyzed the environmental background of the library. He pointed out that libraries must experience transformation in the near future. He introduced the general tendency of the transformation from the aspects of resource modes, service ranges, etc. In the end, on paper writing contribution, Professor Chu illustrated three points from topic selection, writing requirements, and academic standards.
