Finally, Vice Governor Sun Dongsheng and his delegation heard the report of Wang Junming, director of the School Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Guidance Center, on the designing program of the trans-subject creators practice platform at the Chuangjia Café, and had a cordial exchange with the school leaders and give guide suggestions on school innovation and entrepreneurship work.
In the process of field research, Secretary Zhao Guogang, Principal Li Daoyong, and deputy principal Liu Shenghui gave a report to Governor Sun Dongsheng respectively on the innovative entrepreneurship education and teaching, the innovation and entrepreneurship education system,local economic development rely on the university science and technology park and innovation and entrepreneurship education center. This refers to an “employment-oriented, integrate innovative entrepreneurship education into the whole process of personnel training and the full range of innovative entrepreneurship education curriculum system as a whole; to expand innovative entrepreneurship training and simulation of the workplace as the two wings; open lesson training, the second class and Business incubation as three large channels; activate innovation and entrepreneurship, innovation and entrepreneurship base, capital investment and policy incentives as four-wheel drive engines “, which will lay down a path of innovation and innovative talents with the characteristics of Harbin University of Science and Technology.

Second, we should adopt an intensive, centralized and rational use of modern management and technology, give full play to the positive effects of human resources, improve work benefit and efficiency. Third, the set of function need to be clear, the planning layout must be reasonable, and we should make full use of existing resources to improve utilization. He hoped that the school will be able to make use of good environment and related policy advantages, sum up experience while give full play of the characteristics, integrate the excellent resources effectively inside and outside the school, realize leaping development in the respect of achievements transformation. Meanwhile, the school will be able to hatch more outstanding enterprises to make a greater contribution to the economic development of Heilongjiang Province.
