Recently, the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Education announced the list of postgraduate workstations for the integration of industry and education in Heilongjiang Province in 2024, and 17 postgraduate workstations such as the “Harbin University of Science and Technology Micro and Nano Materials Graduate Workstation” declared by our university were approved.
In recent years, the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Education has attached great importance to the study of the integration of production and education, and has successively issued documents such as the training of outstanding engineers, the joint training base for postgraduate students in the integration of industry and education, the postgraduate workstation, the master’s degree training of engineering majors and the professional qualification certification of engineers. The postgraduate workstation is an important carrier to further strengthen school-enterprise cooperation, deepen the integration of industry and education, promote the cooperation between graduate training units and key industry leaders and scientific research institutes inside and outside the province, and accelerate the reform and innovation of the graduate training model in our province.
In accordance with the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Education's “Notice on Doing a Good Job in the 2024 Heilongjiang Province Industry-Education Integration Postgraduate Workstation for the Record”, relying on the university’s advantageous and characteristic disciplines, the relevant colleges will be organized to fully demonstrate and plan in advance to prepare for the establishment of a high-level postgraduate workstation with distinctive characteristics and in line with the law of talent training in this field. During the application process, the two levels of the university and the college cooperated with each other, and all the declared postgraduate workstations were approved.
In the past two years, the university has been approved to make 30 postgraduate workstations for the integration of industry and education in Heilongjiang Province, realizing the full coverage of all professional degree graduate training units, marking the continuous improvement of the university’s ability to train professional degree graduates and serve the high-quality development of regional economy and society. In the next step, the university will focus on serving the “five major security”, “six Longjiang” and “eight revitalization” of Heilongjiang, strengthen cooperation and exchanges with the co-construction units of the workstation in joint scientific and technological research, achievement transformation, social services, etc., better promote the organic connection of education chain, talent chain, industrial chain and innovation chain, and promote the high-quality development of postgraduate education in our university.
