On the morning of June 18, Professor Lu Yanqing, Dean of Institute of Applied Science and Engineering of Nanjing University, the research group led by Professor Shi Baosen of Key Laboratory of quantum information of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Chen Lixiang working at quantum optics laboratory of Xiamen University and other related personnel visited our school at Dr. Zhu Zhihan’s invitation of our university,and investigated and Daheng quantum collaborative innovation control center. Vice president Guo Erjun, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology Wu Mingyang and Professor Gao Wei exchanged ideas with the co-founder of the center. Vice president Guo Erjun introduced the school to the guests, the school development goals established at the Third Party Congress and "13th Five-Year" plan. During the meeting, the two parties exchanged ideas about research oriented development, high level research platform, concepts for development, talent introduction, and personnel training.

After that, at the invitation of Vice president Guo Erjun, Dean Lu Yanqing made a special report to research personnel and managers of related disciplines. He introduced the introduction of talent, international education, college culture construction and scientific research in College of Modern Engineering of Nanjing University ,and he also illustrated the science-based and engineering-oriented concept of development in the scientific research.

After the meeting, Vice president Guo Erjun, Deputy Director Wu Mingyang and Professor Gao Wei along with those experts conducted a field visit on the quantum nonlinear laboratory. Dr. Zhu Zhihan made a detailed report to the other co-founders of the construction schedule and plan of the initial laboratory. The experts spoke highly of the site conditions and the scheme. Vice president Guo Erjun said that the school attached great importance to the construction of the center, and gave full support in financial aid and other assistance. Daheng quantum collaborative innovation control center will fill the blank in quantum control in our province, becoming the highest level in the field of research platform in Northeast China.
