From Jan. 15th to 17th of 2017, Heilongjiang Province the 5th Session of the 11th Committee of CPPCC held in Harbin. HUST CPPCC members Zhao Guogang, Li Dayong, Ji Donghai, Shao Junpeng, Jiang Yufeng, and Zhao Yanling presented the congress. Vice Director of Organization Department Jia Hongyu attended the congress.
The congress listened to and reviewed the work report of the standing committee of the 11th CPPCC, proposal work report, provincial government report, provincial economic and social development plan, provincial financial budget report, provincial superior court work report, and provincial procuratorate work report. They also assessed the work of the provincial agencies.
HUST representatives attended the congress and group discussion actively, evaluated the work report seriously, and fulfilled the duty of CPPCC member for the realization of the “13th Five-Year Plan”.
