Shen Suyuan, vice president of South Korea’s Jianyang University, accompanied by two of his delegation members, Professor Zhao Rongshi, Director of Engineering Education Innovation Center and Professor Li Xianjie from International Affairs Office came to our school for a friendly working visit on June 22 and 23.
Zhao Hong, vice president of HUST met with all members of the delegation, gave them a warm welcome, and hoped that the common development of both schools will be promoted through this visit.
Shen Su Yuan thanked Zhao Hong for the warm welcome and spoke highly of our school’s teaching and research. She hoped that both sides play to their advantage to discipline each other substantive exchanges, student exchanges, teacher exchange visits, research cooperation, and bilateral cooperation to a higher level of forward. At the same time, welcomed outstanding students of HUST to study Pharmaceutical Engineering in the Jianyang University, which is first-class profession in South Korea.
After the meeting, Professor Zhao Rongshi presented an academic report under the arrangement of You Bo, Dean of College of Automation, in the Conference Room in the college of Automation. Leaders of the college of Automation, and 20 professors and teachers attended the meeting and conducted in-depth academic study.
After the report, the delegation visited the college of Automation computer control laboratory, programmable logic controller laboratory, Electric Traction Laboratory of Automatic Control Theory Laboratory, LED Opto-Electronic Engineering Technology Research Center, mechatronics Research Center, the composite shell efficient molding technology Engineering Research Center.
Xi Zhaohui, division head of International Affairs Office Song Lixin, vice president of Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineering and Jin Jiyong from International Affairs Office also attended the conference.
