As one of the four nationwide undergraduates’ contests under the approval of MOE’s Higher Education Department and with MOE’s Mechanical Discipline Education Committee as the sponsor, National Undergraduates’ Mechanical Innovation Design Contest aims to cultivate undergraduates’ innovative design ability, comprehensive design ability and team spirit

The 5th contest, whose theme is “happy today, happy tomorrow”, focused its content on the design and production of machinery for entertainment and family use.

In July, the national finals of the 5th National Undergraduates’ Mechanical Innovation Design Contest will be held in Xi’an, and the project “Household tricycle’s deviation-free driving and steering system” is about to compete in it. This is the first time for HUST contestants.
