On June 14th, HUST and Nangang District held signing ceremony in university-industry strategic collaboration in No. 1 building of HUST. Deputy Mayor of Harbin Zhang Xianyou, Deputy Director of Provincial Department of Science and Technology Yang Tingshuang, Director of Harbin Science and Technology Bureau Yu Mulin, Party Secretary Gao Jun, Vice President Wei Xinlao, Party Secretary of Nangang District Wang Shunsheng, Deputy District Director Xing Chunlin attended the signing ceremony and inaugurated the “University Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base of Nangang District”. The ceremony was presided over by Xing Chunlin.
At the signing ceremony, Wei Xinlao delivered a welcome speech. Furthermore, Wang Chunsheng and Gaojun commented on the Base.
Finally, Zhang Xianyou remarked on the ceremony. He agreed with the success of the Science Garden of HUST and expressed his best wishes to it. University-industry collaboration is beneficial to social economic development, and the Municipal Government will provide assistance to the collaboration.
Wei Xinlao and Xing Chunlin signed The Agreement of University-industry Collaboration between Nangang District and HUST. General Manager of Science Garden Yu Pengtian, Bureau of Science and Technology of Nangang District Li Jinyan signed The Co-construction of University Students Innovation Base between Bureau of Science and Technology of Nangang District and HUST Science Garden. University students’ entrepreneurship representative Ma Shuai delivered a speech at the ceremony. Gao Jun and Zhang Xianyou inaugurated the “University Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base of Nangang District”.
Through the signing ceremony, Nangang District and HUST become strategic cooperation partners. The “University Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base of Nangang District” constructed by both parties will provide service for students entrepreneurship, which may accelerate the conversion of university advantage to social economic advantage.
