August 6, 2016, the Enrollment Department of HUST Vice Director Gao Shan went to Danyang, Jiangsu Province to attend the final of 2016 Danyan College Students Entrepreneurship Competition. Recent years, through the Enrollment Department’s communicating with Danyang Social Security Office and Danyang Municipal Human Resource Department, HUST has established Talent Center with Danyang Municipal government and Social Security Bureau. Danyang Municipal Human Resource Department organized over 30 enterprises to HUST to enroll excellent graduates. Meanwhile, all the schools and departments in HUST organized students to have interviews and acquainted the students with enterprises through “Outstanding Engineers Program”. Hence, thanks to the active guidance of the Enrollment Department and the cooperation of all the schools, the problem of talent shortage of Danyang is alleviated and benefits the rapid development of private-owned enterprises.
