On the afternoon of March 22, 2017, an Assessment Report of “Discussion about Undergraduate Education and Teaching Ideas” was held by HUST at Lecture Hall, Floor 5 of New Teaching Building. The report invited Professor Wang Duchun, the Director of the Academic Affairs Office of Northeast Agricultural University and Assessment Expert of Ministry of Education, to deliver a lecture entitledOn Assessment of Undergraduate Teaching Work. Some leaders of HUST, cadres above the deputy director level, as well as deans and teachers of the schools attended the meeting; Rongcheng Campus watched the video meeting online synchronously; the meeting was hosted by Wu Qiufeng, Director of Evaluation Center of Higher Education Research and Teaching Quality.
Integrating the actual situation of 2016 Northeast Agricultural University participating in the Undergraduate Teaching Assessment given by the Ministry of Education with the experience as an Assessment Expert of Ministry of Education, Professor Wang Duchun elaborated on the whole process of assessment from 4 aspects, namely assessment background, assessment characteristics, concept interpretation and practice and experience.
It’s believed that leaders and teachers of HUST should be enlightened greatly by listening to the report; Undergraduate Teaching Assessment should be accomplished successfully by the right directions of the leaders, joint efforts and hard work of the whole university. (Photos by Liu Chang)
