Invited by our school, Russian Blagoveshchensk State National Normal University President Yuri Xie Ge and the University Foreign Affairs Director Nick Cooper Harryge visit our school in December 15th. Our school president Li Dayong and vice president Zhao Hong met the delegation in the conference room of the main building.
Blagoveshchensk State Normal University is located in Blagoveshchensk the capital city of the state of Russian Amur. The school was founded in 1930, with a history of 81 years, which is one of the higher institutions with long history in Russian Far East region with ten departments and more than 400 foreign students.
During the conversation, President Li Dayong first show welcome to visitors, he briefly introduced our history, personnel training, international cooperation and exchanges. President Li Dayong says, in the surrounding foreign partner universities, mainly are science and Engineering university, now our school has not been associated with normal university. We hope that through president Yuri Xie Ge’s visit, can promote the future exchange and cooperation for both students and teachers. We look forward that two universities have deeper and wider range of exchange and cooperation.
Presidents Yuri Xie Ge Nick appreciated the warm reception that offered by president Li Dayong, he introduced Russian Blagoveshchensk State National Normal University‘s history, discipline construction and the school specialized laboratory construction. Affairs director Nick Cooper Harrick brief introduced International Exchange and cooperation of Russian Blagoveshchensk State National Normal University.
Vice-president Zhao Hong exchange of views with the guests on our future cooperation contents and mode of cooperation, he hopes that with convenient transportation advantages and its geographical advantage we can start the language discipline cooperation, achieve mutual benefit, promote common development.
Thereafter, the presidents signed the framework agreement. Both sides expresses, under this framework agreement, with the constant deepening of understanding and exchange's unceasing expansion, hope to be in areas of common interest to strengthen substantive cooperation, so that make the internationalization of education of the two sides to the higher level. This framework agreement helps our school to expand new partners. During the winter holidays, Russian Blagoveshchensk State National Normal University will send a dozen students to our school to exchange and study.
